Fitness Training Options

Fitness training is for women who are pregnant or postpartum. I have different packages based on what your needs and goals are. 


Training plan for pregnancy

This plan is $40/week or $480 per trimester (factoring about 13 weeks per trimester is a $40 savings). This is an individualized plan based on your goals, current training status, amount of training you want to do, and type of training you want to do.

Training plan postpartum

This plan is designed for anyone postpartum (recently or no so recently!). It is $150 per month and is individualized to your goals, current training status, amount of training you want to do, and type of training you want to do. This is also geared towards getting you back to an activity and can be used as a return to running, lifting, CrossFit, etc. protocol to get you back to it safely.

Add on in-person physical therapy session for birth prep

This is a great supplement to the training program for pregnancy! We go over perineal massage and what you can do to prepare you pelvic floor for birth and postpartum. This is in-person in Hudson and costs $145 per session.
